Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and customize Icertis CLM solutions for client contracting processes
Develop custom extensions and rule logic using C#/.NET, JavaScript, and Icertis APIs
Implement integrations between Icertis and enterprise systems, and support data migration activities

Qualifications

Experience with Icertis CLM solutions
Proficiency in CRM systems
Overall 10 years of relevant experience
Familiarity with Agile delivery cycles
Knowledge of contract workflows and data integrity practices
