Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Coach in Hungary.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for clients
• Focus on non-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance
• Support clients in achieving personal, career, or relationship goals

Required Qualifications

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master's/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling
• Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches
• ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours or Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hours
• Fluency in English and the local language
• Preferred experience in EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
