Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions using the company's platform and tools
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching abilities and skills
• Communicate with members via email or chat in the app between sessions

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience managing teams and coaching individuals
• Passionate about helping people advance in their careers
• Self-aware with a high emotional IQ
• Comfortable working in a constantly-changing startup environment
• Ability to commit a minimum of 12+ hours per month for at least 24 months
