Job Summary

A company is looking for an ICF Certified Career Coach based in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to members via video consults and asynchronous messaging on professional development, parental leave, and return to work
Support members with career transitions including job loss/furlough
Collaborate with the Care Advocate team to ensure member needs are met and provide culturally humble care

Required Qualifications

Must reside in Canada
French Canadian fluency strongly preferred
ICF Certification required
Ability to provide direct member care for 5 hours per week
Experience providing empathetic, culturally humble care
