ICF Certified Coach Development Manager
Job Summary
To support the development of world-class coaches, the full-time ICF Certified Coach Development Manager will lead training programs, assess coaching quality, and build scalable systems for ongoing coach development in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate and evolve Mento's coach training programs while conducting quality reviews and providing developmental feedback
- Interview and assess prospective coaches, translating performance patterns into actionable feedback for improvement
- Build and codify a coach-development journey that integrates ongoing practice, feedback, and growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- Active ICF PCC credential
- 10+ years of professional experience, including significant coaching experience
- Experience in training, developing, or mentoring other coaches
- Strong facilitation skills with both small and larger groups
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced technology environment
