Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Coach - Manager of Researchers (Director/VP+).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions using the coaching platform and tools
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching abilities and skills
• Engage with members via email or chat in the app between coaching sessions

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading technical research teams in AI/ML, health tech, or similar fields
• Strong background in theoretical and applied AI/ML, large-scale modeling, or computer science
• Preferred candidates will have publications, patents, leadership roles in top research organizations, and/or a PhD
• Must be able to commit a minimum of 12+ hours per month for at least 24 months
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment
