Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Coach - Health Tech Researchers (Director/VP+).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions using the coaching platform and tools
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching abilities and skills
• Communicate with members via email or chat in the app between coaching sessions

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading technical research teams in AI/ML, health tech, or related fields
• Expertise in theoretical and applied AI/ML, large-scale modeling, or computer/mathematical sciences
• Preferred qualifications include publications, patents, leadership roles, and/or a PhD
• Ability to commit a minimum of 12+ hours per month for at least 24 months
• Must be based in North America or Europe and comfortable in a remote work environment
