Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer / Support Engineer (Director/Team Lead).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions using the company's platform and tools
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching abilities and skills
• Communicate with members via email or chat in the app between sessions

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing teams and coaching individuals in forward deployment or support engineering
• Experience leading teams through hypergrowth and organizational change
• Ability to influence and build credibility within a customer's organization
• Willingness to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching for at least 24 months
• Comfortable working in a constantly-changing startup environment
