Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Engineer/Research Scientist Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions using the designated platform and tools
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching abilities and skills
• Communicate with members between sessions via email or chat to support their development

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading technical research teams in the technology industry
• Strong expertise in theoretical and applied AI/ML, large-scale modeling, or mathematical sciences
• Preferred qualifications include publications, patents, leadership in top research organizations, and/or a PhD
• Experience in coaching individuals is preferred; coaching certification is a plus
• Willingness to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching for at least 24 months
