Job Summary
A company is looking for a CX Coach (VP+).
Key Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions using the coaching platform and tools
- Participating in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching abilities and skills
- Communicating with members via email or chat in the app between sessions
Required Qualifications
- 20+ years of experience in customer success/experience roles, preferably in technology or tech-adjacent industries
- Experience coaching individuals; coaching certification is a plus but not required
- Commitment to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month for at least 24 months
- Ability to work in a constantly-changing startup environment
- Based in North America or Europe
