Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX Coach (VP+).

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions using the coaching platform and tools
  • Participating in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching abilities and skills
  • Communicating with members via email or chat in the app between sessions
Required Qualifications
  • 20+ years of experience in customer success/experience roles, preferably in technology or tech-adjacent industries
  • Experience coaching individuals; coaching certification is a plus but not required
  • Commitment to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month for at least 24 months
  • Ability to work in a constantly-changing startup environment
  • Based in North America or Europe
