Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Coach (VP+) in the EU.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions using the Mento Platform and Tools
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities and skills
• Communicate with members via Mento email or chat in between sessions

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience managing engineering teams and coaching individuals
• Desire to develop people leadership skills into coaching skills
• High emotional IQ and commitment to creating a safe space for others
• Ability to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching for at least 24 months
• Must be based in Europe and speak English
