Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Coach (Director/VP+).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions using the coaching platform and tools
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching abilities and skills
• Communicate with members via email or chat in the app between sessions

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing engineering teams and coaching individuals
• Deep engineering leadership experience; coaching certifications are valued but not required
• Experience leading teams through hypergrowth and organizational change
• Background in AI/ML engineering, infrastructure, or security engineering is a plus
• Ability to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching for at least 24 months
