Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Coach (Director/VP+) for remote positions in the UK, IE, or Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions using the Mento Platform & Tools
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching abilities
• Communicate with members via Mento email or chat between sessions

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing engineering teams and coaching individuals
• Deep engineering leadership experience; coaching certifications are valued but not required
• Experience leading teams through hypergrowth and organizational change
• Ability to influence and build credibility across organizational boundaries
• Willingness to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching for at least 24 months
