ICF Certified Executive Coach
Job Summary
Providing confidential one-on-one executive coaching, the full-time remote ICF Certified Executive Coach will conduct coaching sessions, establish goals with participants, and support leadership development, with occasional on-site travel to Washington, D.C.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct initial coaching intake discussions and establish coaching goals with participants
- Administer leadership assessments and incorporate findings into individualized coaching plans
- Provide team coaching to executive leadership teams and support team effectiveness and alignment
Required qualifications
- Current International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential
- Training through an ICF-certified training program
- Familiarity with 360-degree feedback tools and eligibility to administer them
- U.S. citizenship and ability to provide proof of current ICF credentials
- Availability to support DOT coaching requirements and maintain strict coaching confidentiality
