Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fractional Certified Coach for APAC Timezones.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured, outcome-oriented coaching engagements to people managers and senior leaders
• Utilize platform data to tailor coaching conversations and track progress against goals
• Facilitate group coaching sessions and maintain documentation of coaching interactions

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential required
• Minimum of 5 years of professional coaching experience, particularly in executive or leadership coaching
• Experience integrating data and technology platforms into coaching practice
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
