Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Executive/General Counsel Coach for the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions using the company's platform and tools
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching skills
• Communicate with members via email or chat in the app between sessions

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience as a General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, or senior legal executive in the technology industry
• Experience in coaching individuals; coaching certification is a plus but not required
• Passionate about helping others advance in their careers
• High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
• Ability to commit a minimum of 12+ hours per month for at least 24 months
