Job Summary

Seeking qualified Global Contract Life & Wellness Coaches, the fully remote 1099 contract providers will deliver structured tele-coaching sessions to clients across East/Southeast Asia, supporting them in achieving personal and professional goals related to stress, relationships, and well-being.

Key responsibilities

• Provide structured life and wellness coaching sessions via video to clients in designated regions
• Support clients in setting and achieving goals related to various life challenges
• Maintain session notes and collaborate with support teams for comprehensive care

Required qualifications

• ICF-ACC, ICF-PCC, ICF-MCC, or NBC-HWC accreditation is required
• Minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience is required
• Experience in evidence-based modalities such as NLP, Positive Psychology, or MBSR
• Fluency in one of the specified languages (Mandarin, Malay, Japanese, Filipino, Cantonese, or Javanese) is required
• Strong telehealth competency and reliable access to high-speed internet
