Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy & Operations Coach (VP+) based in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions using the company's platform and tools
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching abilities and skills
• Communicate with members via email or chat in the app between sessions

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in strategy & operations leadership roles
• Desire to develop coaching skills and help others advance in their careers
• High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
• Ability to commit a minimum of 12+ hours per month for at least 24 months
• Must be based in Europe and fluent in English
