Job Summary

A company is looking for an ICF Credentialed Career Coach based in Japan.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members via video consults and messaging on topics related to career transitions and parental leave
• Document encounter summaries in the practice management system, MPractice
• Collaborate with the Care Delivery team to meet member needs and provide culturally humble care

Required Qualifications

• ICF-credentialed coach (ACC, PCC, or MCC) in good standing
• Experience in career coaching, professional development, or leadership coaching
• Currently residing in Japan, Singapore, or Australia
• Fluent in Japanese and English (written and verbal)
• Able to provide approximately 2 hours of coaching per week as a part-time, independent contractor
