Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Coach (VP+).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions using the company's platform and tools
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching abilities and skills
• Communicate with members via email or chat in the app between coaching sessions

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience managing sales teams and coaching individuals
• Passion for helping people advance in their careers
• High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
• Ability to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching for at least 24 months
• Comfortable working in a constantly-changing startup environment
