Job Summary

Managing employer client relationships, the full-time ICHRA Account Manager will educate clients about the ICHRA product, ensure timely onboarding, and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Educate employer clients on Gravie's ICHRA product and services
  • Coordinate and manage ongoing client relationships, including regular outreach and contract discussions
  • Assist clients through plan renewals by determining affordability and establishing contribution strategies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service or account management experience
  • Account management experience in the health insurance or healthcare industry, ideally in the ICHRA space
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
  • Experience working in a dynamic environment, such as a startup or emerging growth company
