Job Summary
Managing employer client relationships, the full-time ICHRA Account Manager will educate clients about the ICHRA product, ensure timely onboarding, and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Educate employer clients on Gravie's ICHRA product and services
- Coordinate and manage ongoing client relationships, including regular outreach and contract discussions
- Assist clients through plan renewals by determining affordability and establishing contribution strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service or account management experience
- Account management experience in the health insurance or healthcare industry, ideally in the ICHRA space
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
- Experience working in a dynamic environment, such as a startup or emerging growth company
