ICHRA Communications Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ICHRA Communications Specialist to support operational communications for their ICHRA product.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ICHRA segmentation updates, data uploads, and quality assurance within CRM tools
• Execute and support ongoing operational campaigns, ensuring effective communication workflows
• Conduct audits of communications and develop new collateral as needed for accuracy and alignment

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing operations, or benefits communications
• Experience with CRM tools and operational campaign workflows, preferably Braze or similar platforms
• Familiarity with health benefits communications and employer-sponsored plans
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requests
• High attention to detail regarding content accuracy and brand consistency
