ICHRA Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ICHRA Compliance Analyst to provide compliance support for their Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Account line of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory calendar and oversee timely state and federal regulatory filings
• Monitor emerging healthcare legislation and conduct impact assessments on the ICHRA line of business
• Provide compliance guidance and support for operational processes and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry such as healthcare or finance
• Experience in compliance or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements
• Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
