ICR Specialist

Job Summary

Providing high-level service to facilitate timely resolution of client accounts, the full-time ICR Specialist will update patient accounts, access necessary information from client systems, and assist with special projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Update patient accounts with information received from hospitals and coordinate with the Contact Specialist
• Access client systems to obtain information for account updates and monitor requests to prevent delays
• Assist IT in resolving access issues and perform special projects as assigned

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-level customer service to both external and internal clients
• Proficiency in Excel and Word, with the ability to learn various hospital databases
• Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
