ICS and OT Security Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Facilities Ecosystem program, the full-time ICS and OT Security Analyst will manage security intake requests, conduct vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance for industrial control systems in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Review and triage incoming security requests, routing them to appropriate SMEs based on defined criteria
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and firmware reviews for ICS/OT devices, documenting findings and remediation recommendations
• Manage exception handling workflows, including documentation, approval tracking, and periodic revalidation of standing exceptions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of hands-on ICS/OT security experience, including knowledge of industrial communication protocols
• Foundational knowledge of network and logical security principles as applied to OT/IT convergence environments
• Experience with vulnerability assessment frameworks and firmware analysis
• Ability to create structured documentation such as decision trees and standard operating procedures
