ICT Senior Associate
Job Summary
To support the development of analytical tools and monitoring processes, the remote ICT Senior Associate will design, develop, and implement software solutions while providing training and technical support to ensure effective utilization and maintenance of these systems.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and administer ICT services, ensuring compliance with operational strategies and monitoring service effectiveness
- Design and develop software tools for project monitoring, contract management, and procurement processes, including generating analytical reports
- Train users on system functionalities and provide technical assistance while maintaining documentation and ensuring data integrity
Required qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
- At least 7 years of experience in web software development using technologies such as .NET, C#, or Java
- Experience in designing tools for project monitoring and supply chain management
- Fluent in Spanish; basic proficiency in English is desirable
- Knowledge of system documentation standards and Agile methodologies is a plus
