Job Summary
A company is looking for an ICT Specialist on a retainer basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring efficient use of resources and implementing governance controls
- Identify and assess inactive or obsolete SharePoint sites, collaborate with site owners, and enforce site policies
- Provide user training and support, generate reports on site usage, closures, and deletions, and analyze trends for improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or related field
- Minimum of five years of experience with SharePoint Online Administration, Migration, and/or Governance
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Groups and associated site collections
- SharePoint certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator) is desired
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of another UN language is an asset
