Key Responsibilities

• Process and track ID card requests for clients, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery
• Manage incoming requests through workflow systems, prioritizing tasks to meet service level expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to verify member data and resolve discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
• 2-4 years of administrative or operational support experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance
• Experience managing workflow through task management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with ID Card vendors and portals is a plus
