Key Responsibilities

• Document business practices and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Prioritize initiatives based on tribal business needs and requirements
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and ensure solutions meet business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience as a business analyst or project manager
• Experience writing Use Cases and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
