Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, managing 60-80 calls daily
- Provide personalized attention and exceptional care to passengers
- Progressively manage tasks with increasing complexity as skills develop
Required Qualifications
- Must currently reside in Idaho
- 1 year of Call Center experience
- 6 months of Customer Service experience
- Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
- High-speed Internet access with specified minimum upload and download speeds
