Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment Coach Specialist to assist individuals and families receiving assistance in gaining and retaining employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized plans for participants based on assessments of strengths and barriers
• Guide customers through the application process and ensure access to essential services
• Maintain accurate case documentation and track customer progress toward employment goals

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 0-2 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must reside in the state of Idaho
• Reliable high-speed internet service with specified minimum speeds
• Private and secure workspace for remote work
