Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment Coach Specialist to assist individuals and families in gaining and retaining employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor individualized employment plans for participants
• Provide guidance and support in accessing essential services and resources
• Maintain accurate documentation and track customer progress towards employment goals

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 0-2 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must reside in the state of Idaho
• Ability to work one day onsite at the Department of Labor or a local library
• Reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace for remote work
