Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Compliance and Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an HR compliance framework to ensure adherence to employment laws
  • Oversee compliance training initiatives and maintain HR compliance policies
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and develop training programs for employees
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or Organizational Development, or 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience implementing and managing a Learning Management System (LMS) is required
  • SHRM CP or SHRM SCP certification preferred
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws is required
  • 3-5 years of experience in training development and delivery
