Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Compliance and Training Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an HR compliance framework to ensure adherence to employment laws
- Oversee compliance training initiatives and maintain HR compliance policies
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and develop training programs for employees
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or Organizational Development, or 7+ years of relevant experience
- Experience implementing and managing a Learning Management System (LMS) is required
- SHRM CP or SHRM SCP certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of employment laws is required
- 3-5 years of experience in training development and delivery
