Job Summary

To support a growing administrative team, the fully remote Idaho Licensed Admin Assistant will manage enrollment paperwork, assist with training for employers and employees, and maintain accurate records while working independently with limited supervision.

Key responsibilities
  • Process incoming and outbound enrollment paperwork with high accuracy
  • Train employers and employees on using a phone app and computer portal
  • Schedule appointments and manage a Google calendar while maintaining a specified filing system
Required qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in customer service
  • High school diploma with some college courses; college degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite applications
  • Ability to handle a heavy volume of paperwork and meet multiple deadlines
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including those with limited English proficiency and various disabilities
