Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data entry processes for accurate plan and participant information
  • Prepare and submit documentation for contribution corrections and manage plan document updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient process execution and respond to inquiries from stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years' experience in general office management preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of 401(k) Plan Structure and IRS/DOL Regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
