Key Responsibilities
- Manage data entry processes for accurate plan and participant information
- Prepare and submit documentation for contribution corrections and manage plan document updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient process execution and respond to inquiries from stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years' experience in general office management preferred
- Advanced knowledge of 401(k) Plan Structure and IRS/DOL Regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
