Job Summary
To support customer satisfaction, the full-time Idaho Licensed Call Center Representative will engage in inbound phone interactions, deliver meaningful solutions, and build relationships with customers while working remotely from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm MDT.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound calls, ensuring each customer feels valued
- Provide information and solutions regarding products and services to enhance customer experiences
- Participate in a comprehensive 13-week paid training program to develop skills in technology and banking
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must reside within 90 miles of an Idaho location
- Experience in customer service or banking is preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and strong keyboarding skills
- Passion for serving others and a commitment to continuous learning
