Idaho Licensed Care Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Management Manager, Remote in Ada or Canyon County.

Key Responsibilities

• Selects, manages, develops, mentors, and supports staff in the designated department and region
• Develops clear goals and objectives for performance management and holds the team accountable for results
• Identifies and prioritizes process improvement projects to implement changes that meet program requirements

Required Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Idaho license as an RN/LPN, PA, or LCSW/LMSW/LSW
• 3+ years of experience in case management within the healthcare industry
• Intermediate skills with MS Office applications and proficient ability to navigate in a Windows environment
• 1+ year of experience analyzing and making recommendations for process improvement
• Must reside in Ada or Canyon County, ID
