Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Management Nurse in Idaho.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts case management activities to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate member needs
• Applies clinical expertise to ensure compliance with medical policy and accepted standards of care
• Collaborates with various stakeholders to resolve issues and improve quality of care

Required Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
• 3 years of experience in case management, utilization management, or related fields
• Current licensure or certification in a relevant health/human services discipline
• Minimum 3 years of direct clinical care experience
• Certification as a case manager or a Bachelor's degree in a health/human services-related field is preferred
