Idaho Licensed Care Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Idaho Care Manager (ICC - Youth), Idaho Licensed.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review mental health and substance abuse services for medical necessity and effectiveness
• Provide crisis intervention, telephone triage, and perform concurrent reviews for care
• Assist with discharge planning and care coordination, advocating for patient treatment needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current Idaho state clinical license (e.g., CEAP, LMSW, LCSW, LSW, LPC, or RN)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or substance abuse settings
• Knowledge of utilization management procedures and community resources
• Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient care settings
• Understanding of DSM V or the most current diagnostic edition
