Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Idaho Licensed Commercial Appraiser will engage in valuation assignments, conduct market research, and analyze complex property scenarios while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct data collection and market research for commercial real estate valuation projects
- Analyze revenue and expense performance, developing cash flows using discounted cash flow models
- Provide mentorship to less experienced professionals and manage client relationships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Certified General Appraiser license
- 2-5 years of experience appraising commercial real estate
- Mastery of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL is a plus
