Job Summary
As the first point of contact for participants in the Employment & Training program, the full-time Idaho Licensed Customer Service Representative will provide guidance through orientation, scheduling, and program navigation while working remotely to ensure participant compliance and support program success.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct orientation sessions and explain program requirements to participants via phone, SMS, or in person
- Manage scheduling tasks, including appointments and follow-ups, while documenting all interactions in the DI platform
- Proactively reach out to participants at risk of non-compliance, providing timely assistance and support through various communication channels
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or participant-facing service experience, preferably in a government or social services setting
- Proficient in using digital platforms, CRM systems, and multi-channel communication tools
- Experience with SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, or similar public benefits programs is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates, particularly Spanish-speaking, are strongly encouraged to apply
