Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment Coach Specialist to assist individuals and families receiving food and cash assistance in gaining and retaining employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate professional relationships with customers and monitor their engagement and progress
• Collaborate with customers to set and achieve program goals while maintaining ongoing eligibility
• Guide customers through the application process and assist them in accessing essential services

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• Must reside in the state of Idaho
• Ability to work the schedule of 8am - 5pm Mountain Time
• Must have a quiet workspace for remote work
• Reliable high-speed internet service is required
