Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resource Generalist in Idaho.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
• Facilitate the onboarding process and maintain accurate employee records in compliance with policies
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and assist with HR compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field or SHRM/PHR certified
• 2-5 years of experience in an HR-related role
• Knowledge of HRIS data integrity and reporting
• Experience with employee relations and performance management
• Familiarity with legal regulations related to HR functions
