Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Inpatient Coding & HIM.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the inpatient coding and HIM department
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and coding standards while managing budgets
• Train and mentor team members, delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Medicine and Health Information Management
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Budgeting
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Health Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Certification in RHIA or RHIT is highly desirable
