Job Summary

A company is looking for a real estate litigation attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation and pre-litigation cases involving real estate matters
• Research and prepare legal analysis on risks, exposure, and strategies
• Attend court hearings and assist with bankruptcy motions as needed

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate
• Active license to practice law in Idaho
• Postgraduate degree (Doctoral)
• Experience managing litigation cases from inception to completion
• Familiarity with foreclosure law and secured transactions
