Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the loan application process and provide expert advice on loan products
• Build rapport with borrowers and ensure a seamless loan application experience
• Manage a large pipeline using technology and maintain established performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Consumer Lending Sales or a similar field
• High school diploma required
• Intermediate knowledge of the residential mortgage industry and related products
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance obligations in the mortgage industry
• Intermediate computer skills, including experience with Encompass, Velocify, and MS Office
