Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in a state of residence
• At least 1 year of experience in an independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine
• Ability to work autonomously in a patient-centered practice
• Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
• For specific states, must hold the necessary designation to practice independently without supervision
