Job Summary
To support a growing practice focused on harm reduction, the full-time Idaho Licensed Nurse Practitioner will work remotely to deliver medication for opioid use disorder, independently managing buprenorphine treatment within a structured team-supported model of care.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and initiate buprenorphine treatment for patients in a fully remote outpatient setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care and support to patients
- Empower patients through shared decision-making and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to recovery
Required qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Idaho or another specified state
- At least 6 months of experience in an independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain a patient-centered practice
- Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
- Interest in full-time work (30-40 hours per week) with flexible shift options
