Idaho Licensed Paraplanner

Job Summary

Supporting a financial advisory practice, the full-time Idaho Licensed Paraplanner will assist financial advisors with client service, maintain client management systems, and prepare financial planning recommendations while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain client management system and coordinate client appointments
• Prepare preliminary financial planning recommendations for advisor review and manage business-as-usual projects
• Conduct client meetings and coordinate client appreciation events and seminars

Required qualifications:

• College degree or higher
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a financial planning environment
• Ability to obtain federal and state licenses for securities, including Series 7 and Series 66
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Effective communication skills with clients and team members
