Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers, pharmacies, and doctor offices
  • Research information in databases to resolve customer service issues
  • Maintain composure in escalated situations and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of call center experience required
  • At least 1 year of work-at-home experience required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to multi-task in several computer applications while conversing with customers
  • Basic math skills required
